Business Name

The name of your business.
Business ID

This will be used to identify your business and provide an unbrella for all your user accounts, should you choose to add multiple users. You must specify this even if you only want to use one user.
Tax Juristiction

The locale of your operation for sales tax purposes.
Username

A username to identify yourself. You can add more users later, if you'd like.
Password

A password nobody can guess.
Email

Used for various important system notifications. Your email is kept totally private, of course.
